Fat: 27.83g | Prot: 69.04g | Carb: 140.26g.   Breakfast:  Nature's Own 100% Whole Grain Sandwich Rounds, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Kroger Lite Cherry Yogurt. Dinner:  Best Choice Sugar Free Jello Mix, Green Giant Steamed Mixed Vegetables (Frozen), whipped topping, World Catch Tilapia Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Kroger Caramel Mini Rice Cakes, V8 Tomato Juice.
