Fat: 29.48g | Prot: 59.83g | Carb: 197.06g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Sugar, IGA Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal, Silk Soymilk Original. Lunch:  Del Monte Diced Pears (No Sugar Added), Kraft Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing, Lettuce, Nasoya Organic Extra Firm Tofu, Radishes, Scallions or Spring Onions. Dinner:  Del Monte Sliced Pears (No Sugar Added), Marmite Yeast Extract, Progresso Vegetable Classics Vegetarian Vegetable with Barley Soup, ShurFresh Soft White Enriched Bread, Smart Balance Light Original Buttery Spread with Flax Oil. Snacks/Other:  Grape Tomatoes, Silk Unsweetened Soymilk.
