Lunch:  california burger, Light Original Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, kwik trip eight grain bread, heinz ketchup, banana. Dinner:  rutabaga, carrots, california burger, brocolli, Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple Juice. Snacks/Other:  light original buttery spread, kwik trip eight grain bread, Seville Orange Marmalade.
