Fat: 37.13g | Prot: 77.25g | Carb: 354.79g.   Breakfast:  Unsweetened Soymilk, Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  Light Original Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, kwik trip eight grain bread, Vegetable Classics Garden Vegetable Soup, banana. Dinner:  Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce, barilla whole grain spaghetti, banana. Snacks/Other:  6" Veggie Patty.
