Fat: 57.61g | Prot: 81.08g | Carb: 213.90g.   Breakfast:  baileys creamer, coffee, oat revolution. Lunch:  cucumber dressing, kaiser roll, rice and beans, tilapia. Dinner:  broccoli, digiorno pepperoni, green goddess. Snacks/Other:  simple pleasures.
