Lunch:  Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt. Dinner:  6" Double Oven Roasted Chicken, Tomatoes, Pickles, Mustard, Lettuce, Onions, Jalapeno Peppers, Vinegar, Green Peppers, Beer. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds, Almonds .
