Fat: 37.62g | Prot: 97.32g | Carb: 97.96g.   Breakfast:  Bacon Wrapped Omelet Bites. Lunch:  Traditional Egg Drop Soup, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), chicken breast, macaroni and cheese. Dinner:  sweet potato, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Granny Smith Apples, Bacon Wrapped Omelet Bites, Lowfat Mango Greek Yogurt.
