Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Egg White, Green String Beans, sweet potato. Dinner:  chicken breast, Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Traditional Egg Drop Soup, Traditional Egg Drop Soup. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Bacon Wrapped Omelet Bites, EAS Lean 15 Protein Powder, Granny Smith Apples.
