Lunch:  Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla, Gold Standard 100% Casein - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Flat Out, Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Kirkland Signature Sliced Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast, Egg White.
