Fat: 48.67g | Prot: 257.83g | Carb: 389.44g.   Breakfast:  Cultured Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Fuji Apples, Kirkland Signature Sliced Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, Pears, Roasted Edamame , Roasted Green Peas , Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Original Tortillas, Three-Color Cole Slaw Mix. Lunch:  Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Egg White, Flat Out, Gold Standard 100% Casein - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Kirkland Signature Sliced Oven-Roasted Turkey Breast, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla. Dinner:  Beef Bottom Round (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Celery , Lamb Cubed For Stew or Kabob (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Olive Oil, Tomatoes, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Asian Pears, Complete Casein Vanilla Creme, Enteric Coated Omega-3 Fish Oil Concentrate, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla, Strawberries.
