Fat: 142.46g | Prot: 100.95g | Carb: 299.76g.   Breakfast:  I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Italian Bread, Italian Sausage. Lunch:  Bagel, Butter, Cream Cheese, Green Olives. Dinner:  Chicken Frankfurter, Coors Light Beer (Bottle), Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Catsup and/or Mustard on Bun, Kashi Crunchy Granola Bars - Roasted Almond Crunch, Red Table Wine, Sargento Classic Mozzarella Cheese.
