Fat: 142.46g | Prot: 100.95g | Carb: 299.76g.   Breakfast:  Italian Bread, Italian Sausage, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Vegetable Oil Spread. Lunch:  Bagel, Cream Cheese, Butter, Green Olives. Dinner:  Kashi Crunchy Granola Bars - Roasted Almond Crunch, Red Table Wine, Chicken Frankfurter, Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Catsup and/or Mustard on Bun, Coors Light Beer (Bottle), Sargento Classic Mozzarella Cheese.
