Fat: 34.88g | Prot: 106.68g | Carb: 130.47g.   Breakfast:  chunk light tuna, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, english muffin, instant coffee packets. Lunch:  chicken tenderloins trader joe's, english muffin. Dinner:  Ground Turkey, low sodium creamy tomato soup, spinach. Snacks/Other:  apple, mini cupcake.
