Fat: 69.31g | Prot: 115.27g | Carb: 244.48g.   Breakfast:  creamy natural peanut butter, Dutch Country 100% Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Green String Beans. Dinner:  shrimp in lobster sauce. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apples, Spinach, Roasted Tomato, Feta & Egg Wrap, Syntha-6 Protein Powder.
