Fat: 15.44g | Prot: 103.15g | Carb: 52.81g.   Breakfast:  cucumber, sara lee sliced turkey breast. Lunch:  Light Ranch Salad Dressing, salad, sushi wrap, Valley Fresh 98% fat free chicken breast. Dinner:  Brussels sprouts, Crispy Oven Fried Chicken, Mashed Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  celery, weight watchers garlic and herb sheese wedge.
