Fat: 15.44g | Prot: 103.15g | Carb: 52.81g.   Breakfast:  cucumber, sara lee sliced turkey breast. Lunch:  Valley Fresh 98% fat free chicken breast, salad, sushi wrap, Light Ranch Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Crispy Oven Fried Chicken, Mashed Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts. Snacks/Other:  weight watchers garlic and herb sheese wedge, celery.
