Lunch: Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Dried Cranberries (Sweetened), Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Mixed Salad Greens, Mushrooms, Pistachio Nuts, Seasoned Croutons, Shredded Carrots, Tapioca Puddings. Dinner: Beet Soup (Borscht), Fruit & Nut Trail Mix, Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
