Fat: 63.84g | Prot: 40.06g | Carb: 214.32g.   Breakfast:  100% Maple Syrup, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cornmeal Pancakes, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Dried Cranberries (Sweetened), Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Mixed Salad Greens, Mushrooms, Pistachio Nuts, Seasoned Croutons, Shredded Carrots, Tapioca Puddings. Dinner:  Beet Soup (Borscht), Fruit & Nut Trail Mix, Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
