Fat: 63.84g | Prot: 40.06g | Carb: 214.32g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cornmeal Pancakes, 100% Maple Syrup. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Mushrooms, Broccoli, Shredded Carrots, Cauliflower, Pistachio Nuts, Seasoned Croutons, Dried Cranberries (Sweetened), Tapioca Puddings. Dinner:  Beet Soup (Borscht), Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Fruit & Nut Trail Mix.
