Fat: 142.56g | Prot: 73.62g | Carb: 50.67g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream (Half & Half), Cream Cheese, Heavy Cream, Hormel Spinach Asiago Chicken Sausage, Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese Slices, Smithfield 25% Lower Sodium Bacon, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Swiss Chard, Unsalted Butter Stick, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried). Lunch:  Artichoke Hearts in Oil, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (Peeled), Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, Mixed Salad Greens, Naturally Fresh Bleu Cheese Dressing, Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits, Philadelphia Salmon Cream Cheese. Dinner:  Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Golden Raisins (Seedless), Planters Select Cashews, Almonds & Pecans, Pork Skins, Sami's Bakery Slim Trim Lavash.
