Fat: 142.56g | Prot: 73.62g | Carb: 50.67g.   Breakfast:  Unsalted Butter Stick, Cream Cheese, Hormel Spinach Asiago Chicken Sausage, Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese Slices, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried), Swiss Chard, Boiled Egg, Cream (Half & Half), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Heavy Cream, Smithfield 25% Lower Sodium Bacon. Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Mixed Salad Greens, Naturally Fresh Bleu Cheese Dressing, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits, Giant Eagle Cherry Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts in Oil, Philadelphia Salmon Cream Cheese. Dinner:  Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  Planters Select Cashews, Almonds & Pecans, Golden Raisins (Seedless), Pork Skins, Sami's Bakery Slim Trim Lavash.
