Fat: 190.35g | Prot: 147.21g | Carb: 79.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Smithfield 25% Lower Sodium Bacon, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried), Swiss Chard, Egg White, Unsalted Butter Stick, Centrella Colby Jack Cheese, Boiled Egg. Lunch:  cheese pie, Asparagus, Terra Spiced Sweet Potato Chips, Celery, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Wholly Guacamole 100 Calorie Snack Pack. Dinner:  Jarrow Formulas Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Lamb Shoulder, Phillips Crab Cakes, Almond Butter. Snacks/Other:  Golden Raisins (Seedless), Pineapple, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Leg with Skin.
