Fat: 190.35g | Prot: 147.21g | Carb: 79.85g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, Centrella Colby Jack Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, Smithfield 25% Lower Sodium Bacon, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Swiss Chard, Unsalted Butter Stick, White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried). Lunch:  Asparagus, Celery, cheese pie, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, Terra Spiced Sweet Potato Chips, Wholly Guacamole 100 Calorie Snack Pack. Dinner:  Almond Butter, Jarrow Formulas Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Lamb Shoulder, Phillips Crab Cakes. Snacks/Other:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Leg with Skin, Golden Raisins (Seedless), Pineapple.
