Fat: 127.76g | Prot: 114.81g | Carb: 56.18g.   Breakfast:  so delicious coconut milk, coffee, cream, egg, green giant brussel sprouts, half and half, jones little sausage, kraft 2% mexican, No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  hellmans light mayonaise, joseph's flax pita, meat loaf. Dinner:  beef roast slow cooked, birds eye green beans, chia seeds bobs red mill, dannon light and fit greek yogurt, fresh blueberries, mushrooms, red bell peppers, vodka. Snacks/Other:  mixed nuts, reddi whip.
