Fat: 113.54g | Prot: 97.21g | Carb: 100.72g.   Breakfast:  so delicious coconut milk, coffee, egg, half and half, hellmans light mayonaise, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, sunwarrior protein, vosko plain yogurt. Lunch:  bread sami's bakery, g g bran crisp, meat loaf, smoked maple krab publix. Dinner:  cream cheese with chives philadelphia, hormel natural choice smoked turkey, olives, vodka. Snacks/Other:  banana, mixed nuts, raisins.
