Fat: 87.52g | Prot: 121.38g | Carb: 192.07g.   Breakfast:  Almond Milk, Bananas, Blueberries, Flax Seeds, Greek Yogurt, Strawberries. Lunch:  Aged White Wine Vinegar, Grape Tomatoes, Grilled Chicken Breast, Honey, Mixed Salad Greens, Olive Oil, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Tortilla. Dinner:  Asparagus, Grilled Salmon, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Honey, Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt).
