Fat: 87.52g | Prot: 121.38g | Carb: 192.07g.   Breakfast:  Strawberries, Blueberries, Greek Yogurt, Almond Milk, Bananas, Flax Seeds. Lunch:  Tortilla, Mixed Salad Greens, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Grape Tomatoes, Grilled Chicken Breast, Olive Oil, Honey, Aged White Wine Vinegar. Dinner:  Grilled Salmon, Asparagus, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Smooth Peanut Butter (with Salt), Honey.
