Lunch:  Meatless Crispy Tenders, Skippy Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, Sara Lee 45 Calories and Delightful Hearty Multi Grain Bread (Sara Lee), Kirkland signature Cranberry Macademia Nut Cereal. Dinner:  Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce, Penne Wheat Pasta, Yellow Summer Squash, Zucchini, Onions, Simple Truth Meatless Crumbles. Snacks/Other:  Southern Comfort Southern Comfort, Merlot Wine, Coca-Cola Coke Zero (Can), Honeydew Melons.
