Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Baby Spinach, EverRoast Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Honeydew Melons, Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil, Simple Truth Organic Chocolate Soymilk, Spicy Brown Mustard, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Kroger Wild Pink Salmon fillets, Salt, Skillet Veggies, Whole Grain Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Strawberry, Dos Equis XX Lager, Kirkland Calcium Chews, Mocha Coffee, mom Multigrain spooners, Walnuts.
