Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Baby Spinach, Cajun Turkey Breast, Honeydew Melon, kraft light mayo olive oil, Light Vanilla Soy Milk (simple truth), Lowfat Cottage Cheese, tomato. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Turkey Janes 85% Lean. Snacks/Other:  asian pear, Fruit Punch Creatine, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Lemon Cream Pie, Sugar Free Calcium Chews, Whey Protein - Vanilla.
