Fat: 95.84g | Prot: 214.11g | Carb: 315.63g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, boars head chipotle gouda, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil (Kraft), Low Fat Cottage Cheese, Deli Fresh Shaved Chicken Breast, baby spinach, coke zero. Lunch:  trumoo, 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Bread, Natural Peanut Butter with Honey, fuji apple, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry Shortcake, Pumpkin Squash Ravioli. Dinner:  Wild Atlantic Salmon, Extra Light Olive Oil, salt, spinach, kale, Whole Grain Brown Rice, Turkey Meatballs. Snacks/Other:  Whey Protein - Chocolate, Strawberry Mini Spooners, Milk Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling, Sugar Free Calcium Chews.
