Fat: 106.77g | Prot: 130.31g | Carb: 245.18g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Egg White, Eggs w 100mg Omega 3, shedds spread light, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Strawberry, Turkey Sausage. Lunch:  french bread supreme. Dinner:  boars head chipotle gouda, diet coke, peanut butter trader joes granola bar, reduced fat triscuits. Snacks/Other:  builders bar, coke zero, jack daniels whiskey, Milk Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling, Toasty Crackers with Peanut Butter.
