Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Albacore Tuna, Bell Peppers, Diet Mountain Dew (20 oz Bottle), Green Onions, Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice, Onions, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil (Kraft), Spicy Brown Mustard. Dinner:  jif extra crunchy, natures own whole wheat, Tri Bean Blend, Whey Protein - Chocolate. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Squares with Caramel Filling.
