Dinner:  Chipotle Chicken Breast, Chipotle Gouda Cheese, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil, Baby Spinach, Southwest Thins (lightly seasoned). Snacks/Other:  Calcium Chews, Blue Moon Beer.
