Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Rolls, Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil (Kraft), Original Vegan With Soy Protein Meatless Burgers, Baby Spinach, Diced Green Chiles, Onions, Ketchup, Black Wax Cheddar Cheese, Diet 7UP. Snacks/Other:  Calcium Chews, coffee, Fat Free Original Liquid Coffee Creamer.
