Lunch:  Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Provolone Cheese, Ranch Salad Dressing, Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts.
