Lunch:  Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Red Tomatoes, Roast Beef. Dinner:  Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread.
