Lunch:  Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Hoffman's Hot Pepper Cheese. Dinner:  Stuffed Pepper with Meat, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Albertsons Natural Applesauce, Dinner Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered).
