Fat: 63.36g | Prot: 73.61g | Carb: 80.33g.   Breakfast:  Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies, Schwan's Mini Cheesecake Bites. Lunch:  Chicken Drumstick Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Roasted, Cooked), Sargento Light Mozzarella String Cheese, Fritos Original Corn Chips. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Beef Eye Of Round (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, Rich Vanilla Ice Creams.
