Lunch:  Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Publix Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Summer Squash Souffle. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine.
