Lunch:  Boiled Egg, Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Publix Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Macaroni (Cooked), Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine.
