Fat: 54.14g | Prot: 121.87g | Carb: 114.45g.   Breakfast:  GNC Super Flax Meal, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Food Club Large Egg, Kraft 2% Milk Singles Sharp Cheddar, Egg Beaters All Natural Egg Whites. Lunch:  Publix Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Boiled Egg, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat). Dinner:  Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Macaroni (Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine.
