Lunch:  Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots).
