Lunch:  Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Publix Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast.
