Fat: 52.11g | Prot: 95.13g | Carb: 97.23g.   Breakfast:  Egg Beaters All Natural Egg Whites, Food Club Large Egg, GNC Super Flax Meal, Kraft 2% Milk Singles Sharp Cheddar, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Publix Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Jennie-O Lean Hot Italian Turkey Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine.
