Lunch:  Chicken with Gravy (Mixture), Cornbread (Home Recipe), Deviled Egg, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits. Dinner:  Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Jennie-O Turkey Breast Cutlets, Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, Publix Reduced Fat Mozzarella String Cheese.
