Fat: 52.98g | Prot: 91.08g | Carb: 111.46g.   Breakfast:  Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Jif Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Chicken with Gravy (Mixture), Deviled Egg, Cornbread (Home Recipe). Dinner:  Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Jennie-O Turkey Breast Cutlets. Snacks/Other:  Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, Publix Reduced Fat Mozzarella String Cheese, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added).
