Fat: 73.39g | Prot: 94.10g | Carb: 127.04g.   Breakfast:  Food Club Large Egg, Egg Beaters All Natural Egg Whites, Kraft 2% Milk Singles Sharp Cheddar, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, GNC Super Flax Meal. Lunch:  Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Honey Ham, Bologna, Chicken Wing Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers, Flour, Fried, Cooked). Dinner:  Great Value Potatoes Au Gratin, Ranch Salad Dressing, Beef Meatballs, Beef with Barbecue Sauce (Mixture). Snacks/Other:  Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered).
