Lunch:  Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Hillshire Farm Deli Select Ultra Thin Honey Ham, Ortega Original Mild Salsa, Schwebel's Sweet Harvest Wheat Bread, Tostitos Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Broccoli Flower Clusters, Great Value Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots).
