Lunch:  Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Hard-Boiled Egg, Oscar Mayer Carving Board Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cooked Summer Squash, Jennie-O Turkey Breast Tenderloin, Olive Oil, Sweet Potato (Without Salt, Baked In Skin, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine.
