Fat: 51.27g | Prot: 62.44g | Carb: 117.33g.   Breakfast:  GNC Super Flax Meal, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein - Strawberry, Kashi U Cereal with Black Currants & Walnuts. Lunch:  Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing. Dinner:  Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), Cooked Summer Squash, Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Snacks/Other:  Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Sargento Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese Sticks.
