Lunch:  Beef Tenderloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner:  Cooked Summer Squash, Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless).
