Lunch:  Cape Cod 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, Oscar Mayer Carving Board Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Vlasic Kosher Dill Spears. Dinner:  All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Ball Park Bun Size Beef Franks, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce, Roasted Potato.
