Fat: 56.38g | Prot: 64.28g | Carb: 112.08g.   Breakfast:  hormel original black label bacon, jumbo egg, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, hillshire farms thin sliced deli ham, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Dinner:  asparagus, Beef Chuck (Top Blade, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), green beans, kens lite ceasar salad dressing. Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine, salted mixed nuts.
