Fat: 48.46g | Prot: 110.99g | Carb: 170.48g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, GNC cold milled flax seed, gnc whey protien powder, kashi black currant, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  Hard Rolls (Includes Kaiser), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Chuck (Top Blade, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), garden salad, green beans. Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine, salted mixed nuts.
