Fat: 70.96g | Prot: 83.95g | Carb: 131.09g.   Breakfast:  Creamy Peanut Butter, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, hillshire farms thin sliced deli ham, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread, vlasic dill pickle. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), walmart rotisserie chicken. Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine.
