Fat: 77.18g | Prot: 99.79g | Carb: 137.23g.   Breakfast:  Egg, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread, kraft 2% singles, hormel original black label bacon, egg beaters all natural egg whites. Lunch:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, pepperidge farm 100% whole wheat whole grain bread. Dinner:  steak, garden salad, ranch dressing, fried chicken wing, waffle fries. Snacks/Other:  pinot grigio wine, coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), Chocolate and Vanilla Sandwich Cookie.
