Fat: 69.40g | Prot: 124.73g | Carb: 144.58g.   Breakfast:  2% milk, GNC cold milled flax seed, gnc whey protien powder, kashi black currant, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, boiled egg, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), vlasic dill pickle, Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Beef Steak, garden salad, ranch dressing, sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine.
