Fat: 44.72g | Prot: 113.43g | Carb: 179.72g.   Breakfast:  Egg, egg beaters all natural egg whites, GNC cold milled flax seed, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, boiled egg, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), publix deli sliced honey ham, Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  butter beans, gold potatoes, green giant mushrooms, green peas, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine.
