Lunch: 40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, boiled egg, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), publix deli sliced honey ham, Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner: butter beans, gold potatoes, green giant mushrooms, green peas, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other: coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), pinot grigio wine.
