Fat: 62.44g | Prot: 125.76g | Carb: 88.23g.   Breakfast:  Black Label Bacon Original, Egg, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), garden salad. Dinner:  40% Reduced Fat Potato Chips, sonny's chicken. Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), hot chocolate, pinot grigio wine.
