Fat: 38.45g | Prot: 35.44g | Carb: 106.97g.   Breakfast:  Egg, egg beaters all natural egg whites, GNC cold milled flax seed, gold potatoes, pepperidge farm whole grain 100% whole wheat bread. Lunch:  bacon lettuce & tomato sandwich, Pineapple (Solids and Liquids, Water Pack, Canned). Snacks/Other:  coffee, coffee, Cream Substitute (Light Powdered), lays original potato chips, pinot grigio wine.
